Graduate Students

Still feel the empowerment from graduation? carry that feeling into real life travel while you empower the lives of Nicaraguan university students that are trying to reach the milestone that you recently accomplished. The opportunity is completely yours, the ability to experience a lifestyle completely different than that of your college years is easily assessable through Esteli Innovation.

What will traveling do for a newly graduated college student?

Traveling after college will give alternative viewpoints to the world we all live and interact in. Interacting with natives in their own land in the form of eating their food, traveling through exotic territories while sharing stories, while trying to teach sustainable business actions will cause much mental growth that college courses may not teach. Esteli Innovation packs an entire sociology and anthropology course into two weeks giving participants life skills that college might not have taught on paper. Hands on work that will encapsulate your university studies and apply teachings learned. Participants use their collegiate knowledge for an applied purpose, the purpose of helping others around the world that are willing to listen, and act upon what is taught. A great feeling of personal satisfaction will flood the mind once returned home, comparable to the feeling that graduation gave.

Don’t settle into a career abruptly out of college, take time out of your life to make an impact.
Explore the world while paying very reasonable prices to do so. Trips cost as low as $600.

Career building is a huge part of any persons involvement with an organization. Career Builders are those that wish to add this experience to their resume. They understand there will be a structured project as part of the trip that infuses them into the culture. Skills learned from Esteli Innovation will allow one to be a self starter, someone that does not fall intimidated to jobs that are not in direct lines of work. The ability to adapt is also a key career building factor that is taught in the two week period. Don’t let factors like weather, transportation, food, or polar opposite cultures intimidate you. Overcoming these struggles will benefit your future career. Working with students that don’t speak native English causes some cultural ideas and thoughts to become lost in translation, interpretations must be made from forms of expression other than speaking. This concept can be converted into interaction skills in the future work place.

Business globalization represents a long term trend that is relevant to Esteli Innovation. Students will have the opportunity to be innovative and influential in changing practices that affect global issues. Values will be impacted by learning other cultures.
